Dato’ Yap has completed development projects with an estimated aggregate gross development value of more than RM1.0 billion. These projects have gone on to win various prestigious awards from the ASEAN Property Awards, Asia Pacific Property Awards, Malaysia Tourism Council Gold Award, and The Malaysia Book of Records, to name a few. Dato’ Yap is currently the Deputy President of the Federation of Malaysia Chinese Guilds Association (FEMACGA).
