PETALING JAYA: NCT Group of Companies (NCT Group) and Kuala Langat Municipal Council (MPKL) have jointly presented NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP), the first certified Managed Industrial Park in Malaysia at  Tomorrow City Shanghai 2025 Conference. ​

As part of Malaysia’s national delegation, NCT Group and MPKL jointly presented NSIP to an international audience of policymakers, industry players and investors. The showcase presented NSIP’s pivotal role in catalysing Malaysia’s next wave of urban-industrial transformation by establishing a future-ready ecosystem that seamlessly integrates ESG principles, smart infrastructure and Industry 4.0 applications.​
