财务表现是反映我们作为商业实体成功的核心指标。一个在经济上不可持续的公司,无论在社会和环境方面表现得多么出色,都无法在市场上长时间生存。因此,经济韧性是高裕轩追求可持续性的重要组成部分,因为它确保我们的员工、客户、社区和股东具有持续的资源。

我们将确保遵守和严格遵循环境要求和当局的指导,尤其是在我们所有的开发现场中,作为首要任务。为了遵守监管要求,我们与相关当局和承包商进行紧密沟通,确保对要求有清晰的共同理解。作为房地产开发商,我们会产生定期和非定期的废物,如固体废物、环境废物以及生活废物。根据规定定期废物的法规,我们只在指定地点存储定期废物,并且只有由环境部授权的定期废物处理者被允许处理定期废物的运输和处置。

高裕轩负责确保我们的运营对环境的潜在不利影响得到识别并得到相应解决。我们充分意识到全球变暖导致的气候变化问题,并致力于通过减少能源消耗和碳排放来解决这个问题。我们采取的一些行动在能源效率方面取得了显著的改善,包括更换照明设备为节能的LED,以减少能源消耗,并提醒所有员工在能源效率方面发挥重要作用。

高裕轩致力于以负责任和环保的方式经营业务。减少、重复使用和回收纸张,以及在不使用时关闭灯光和空调,是我们采取的一些节约措施。
